Absolutely! We recommend recording your greeting ahead of time and texting or emailing it to us a week or two before your event. We’ll pre-load it onto your guestbook phone so it’s ready to go when we arrive, one less thing for you to think about on the big day. Didn’t get a chance to record it ahead of time? No problem. You can easily record your greeting when we arrive for setup. Heartfelt, funny or somewhere in between, your guests will hear your personal message when they pick up the phone before leaving one of their own.
After your event, we’ll professionally process your guests’ recordings and deliver them in a beautiful, private online gallery where you can listen, download and share your messages from any device. Your recordings receive professional audio enhancement for clearer, more consistent sound, and your gallery includes written transcripts and helpful emotion tags to make favorite messages easy to find. You can download individual recordings or save the entire collection to keep forever. You’ll also receive a printable PDF guestbook featuring your transcribed messages, giving you both the voices of the people you love and a tangible way to revisit what they shared.
Location makes a huge difference! We recommend placing your guestbook somewhere highly visible that guests naturally pass throughout the event, but not directly beside speakers or the dance floor.
