The Pose Garden is based in the Phoenix West Valley and serves events throughout the greater Phoenix area and beyond. Delivery within 50 miles of our home base is complimentary. For events farther away, we’re happy to travel up to approximately 180 miles each way, with additional mileage and, for longer distances, an overnight travel fee. Some services may have unique travel or delivery requirements, so send us your venue location and we’ll provide exact pricing with your quote.

We accept reservations up to two years in advance, and booking early is always the best way to secure your preferred date, experience and backdrop. Many of our clients, especially weddings and corporate holiday parties, reserve well ahead of time, and Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings tend to be the first dates to fill. Booking early also locks in today’s pricing for your event, even if our rates increase before your celebration. Planning something on shorter notice? Don’t count us out! If your date is available, we’ll always do our best to make it happen.

There are two easy ways to book with us. For the most personalized experience, we recommend scheduling a consultation so we can learn about your event, talk through your vision and create a custom proposal. You can also check availability, select your services and customize your package directly through our website. Whichever way you choose, a signed rental agreement and 25% retainer officially reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Until both are received, your date remains available to other clients.

Absolutely. You don’t need to know exactly what you want before contacting us. Tell us about your event, guests, venue, overall look and what you’d like the experience to accomplish. From there, we can help you compare options, recommend combinations and find an experience that makes sense for your vision and budget.

Yes! We handle delivery, professional setup and breakdown of our full-service experiences and rentals, so you don’t have to worry about equipment or installation on event day. For timed experiences, setup and breakdown generally take place outside of your contracted service time. We’ll coordinate arrival and access details with you, your venue or planner ahead of the event.

Many of them can, but outdoor requirements vary depending on the service. Arizona heat, direct sunlight, wind and other weather conditions can affect both equipment and décor, so some experiences have specific temperature, shade, surface and coverage requirements. If you’re planning an outdoor event, let us know when you inquire and we’ll help you determine which options are best suited to your space.

Yes. The Pose Garden carries $1 million in liability insurance, and we’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance when required by your venue or organization. If your venue needs to be listed as an additional insured or has specific insurance requirements, please let us know as early as possible. We ask for at least seven business days’ notice for COI requests whenever possible.

We understand that plans can change. Because your retainer reserves your date and removes that availability from our calendar, cancellation and rescheduling options depend on how close the change occurs to your event. Our rental agreement outlines the complete cancellation, rescheduling and payment policies so you’ll know exactly what to expect before booking. If something unexpected happens, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll walk you through the options available under your agreement.
